Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the combatants confronted each other to build hype for the upcoming bout.
Former two time world title holder Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will break his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to genuinely try to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a composed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically recognized for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead attacked ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
However, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's largest money-making draws, consistently making substantial earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would prevent the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers engaged in the traditional stare-down, with their size difference evident, it highlighted just how unlikely this whole event is - and how remarkable it is that the match is truly happening.
